Hosted at St. Paul’s Church by the Lake in Rogers Park, our fall pop-up clinic offers free vaccines and microchips for cats and dogs of families in zip codes 60645, 60626, 60659, and 60625. All are welcome to receive a pet blessing from the church in celebration of Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi.

Pets must be at least 12 weeks old to receive a rabies vaccine and at least 6 weeks old to receive FVRCP (cats), DA2PP (dogs), or a microchip. Vaccines will be provided while supplies last. Free pet supplies, including treats, will be available while supplies last. 

Vaccines and microchips are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the nature of walk-in appointments, wait times may vary—bring a chair and refreshments to stay comfortable.

Please help us keep our community and pets safe at the event:

• Pet owners must keep dogs on a leash, and cats must remain in carriers while waiting to be served.
• We reserve the right to deny services if an animal can not be safely handled.
• We reserve the right to prioritize patients from the neighborhood zip codes.
